Regina is a very beautiful young woman with long blonde hair and a curvaceous body. Her wavy hair is kept in a high ponytail with a braid running from ear to ear over the top of her head. Her bangs hang in the center and also frame her face in front of her ears. Regina has bright blue eyes with long lower lashes.

Most often, Regina dresses in flattering and revealing clothing of the color pink. Her outfit is a long cape that wraps around her breasts and tapers down to mid-shins while it opens in the front exposing her stomach and legs.
